# How to unfreeze a card

**All new debits on frozen cards will be rejected.** \
Payments made before freezing and in the "hold" status will be debited when the payment system sends a request for debiting.

## Method #1

Go to the section <mark style="background-color:green;">**Cards**</mark>, select the desired card and click on the "Unhold card" button at the top of the work area.

Confirm the action in the window that opens by clicking **"Unhold"**.

The card status is immediately updated from **"Stopped"** to **"Pending"**.

<mark style="color:green;">**Done!**</mark> The card will switch to the **"Active"** status within 1 minute.

## Method #2

Go to <mark style="background-color:green;">**Cards details**</mark>, by clicking on the number or name of the card you need.

Tap the green **"Play"** button to the right of the card.
