## How to register

To open an account in \[FBM] PAY, contact the manager [**t.me/fbm\_ivan**](https://t.me/fbm_ivan) in Telegram. He will ask you a few questions, after which he will give you access to your personal account.

We remind you that first-bills in our service are **CATEGORICALLY** forbidden. In case of violations your account will be immediately blocked.

## Conditions

### **1)** Single commission for replenishment - 4.5%

It is deducted one-time, at the moment of account replenishment.

### **2)** Low cost of card issuance

€3.5 — for issuance of 1 card

€2.5 — for one-time issue of 2 to 4 cards

€1.5 — at one-time issue of 5 cards or more

### **3)** No hidden fees or penalties!

Transaction fee - 0%

Fee for rejected transactions - 0%

Currency conversion fee - 0%

Fee for different geo accounts and cards - 0%

Card maintenance fee - $0/month

### **4) Decline Rate**

There are no penalties for rejected transactions, but we ask our customers to ensure that the number of rejected payments does not exceed 10%.

In the event of an overrun, **we allow time to rectify the situation.**

Decline Rate (percentage of rejected transactions) is calculated based on the number of all rejected transactions, regardless of the amount. Each unsuccessful authorization attempt is included in the calculation, even if there were several debit attempts for the same bill. The main thing is to keep the percentage of rejected transactions **within 10%** of the total number of transactions. 

For example, if out of 100 transactions, 90 for $2 are successful and 10 for $900 are rejected, this is an acceptable Decline Rate of 10%. **The size of transactions does not affect the rate.**
