If the error "invalid login or password" is displayed, but you are sure that the password is correct, you should check that you have not encountered the problem of automatic substitution of the old password in the browser.

Action Sequence:

  1. Make sure that there are no extra spaces attached to the login and password you enter - at the beginning or end of the text

  2. Delete saved passwords for [FBM] PAY (in Chrome you need to follow the link: chrome://password-manager/passwords) or open a browser where you have not authorized [FBM] PAY before, or use the browser's incognito mode (in Chrome, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + N)

  3. Enter login and password again, if failed - and try again

If you have performed all actions and authorization failed - write to or to the working chat.
